Approach to Therapy and Professional Interests
My approach to therapy uses an existential-humanistic framework where I intend to empower clients to self-actualize and live fuller lives by finding meaning and purpose in the face of psychological distress. I have professional interests in the client-therapist working alliance, relationship issues and the psychology of sport and exercise.
Personal Statement on Diversity and Social Justice
I seek to continually promote an inclusive environment for all students at Texas A&M regardless of any individual differences. Every person has a unique and distinct story shaped by a variety of factors. I believe it is important to embrace these differences while seeking to understand how they impact one’s worldview and psychological presentation
Personal Interests
I enjoy singing, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
