Approach to Therapy and Professional Interests
I utilize a feminist, multicultural, and relational perspective with solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and artistic interventions.
My professional interests include LGBTQIA+ psychology, the accessibility of psychological services and psychoeducation, psychology of gaming and social media, inclusive practices within psychology, and the benefits of telehealth.
Personal Statement on Diversity and Social Justice
I firmly believe that it is the responsibility of mental health clinicians to be advocates for diversity, equity, and social justice, and that this is essential for the continued development of our field. I value authenticity and advocacy in my personal life and only see fit for that to continue in my professional life. Now more than ever, our commitment must be omnipresent and unmistakable.
Personal Interests
Outside of psychology, I love art, history, frogs, bad pop music, high-fantasy universes, and multi-hour video essays on niche topics.
