Approach to Therapy and Professional Interests
I like to take an integrative approach to therapy, starting from a humanistic/Rogerian foundation and drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive, and behavioral principles when appropriate. The human experience cannot be understood through a single theoretical lens, and my goal is to treat each client as a unique individual. I value a collaborative working relationship and prioritize client feedback every step of the way. Let’s explore together :]
Personal Statement on Diversity and Social Justice
Diversity and culture are a part of every person’s experience, and I strive to honor the values, beliefs, and individuality of all my clients by remaining open, humble, and committed to my own ongoing growth and education.
Personal Interests
I enjoy making music, long afternoon naps, writing poetry, pie a la mode, wilted flowers, meditation, and mood lighting.
