Approach to Therapy and Professional Interests
I am grounded in Person-Centered Therapy. It is my primary approach to working with clients. I utilize mostly CBT based techniques and Motivational Interviewing. My guiding focus is providing trauma informed care. My main interests are crisis response and healing from trauma. I have a keen interest in the physiological impacts of trauma on a person’s brain and body.
Approach to Supervision
I approach supervision grounded in Person-Centered Therapy believing Associates have strengths, skills, talents and passions inherent to them. My goals as a supervisor are to educate, guide, coach, challenge and facilitate the personal and professional growth of Associates.
Personal Interests
Hiking, horseback riding, visiting National Parks, reading and learning.
